the moment i found out this album was back on streaming, i stopped what i was doing and jammed the full thing front to back without thinking twice. one of the most flawless metal records ever put out there.

Yeah, I do feel as though the pioneers of the genre pretty much perfected it. The music was technical and progressive, but still well-written and not overly wanky... a lot of modern tech-death is just too goddamn overbearing
