Crossburner is my favourite Dillinger song. Just pure riffage and Threat is great but compared to Dillinger’s other closing tracks it leaves a little more to be desired. Still an all time favourite album.
But yes, Dillinger is an incredibly tight band. None of their album closers are even close to being weak.

Nah, just a higher threshold for stimulation in music. It's more about the fact that the song isn't giving me enough to engage with. When a song becomes predictable, it leads to a lack of continued interest; i.e. processing speed, cognitive stimulation, etc. etc. etc.
