This rules hard, extremely so, but I'm not quite feeling a 5. Should jam Orchid and Morningrise next and see how I feel about those.

was just listening to when on the ride in this morning. thought it was sweeter than usual. although

some of the heavier riffs were kind of lacking compared to other opeth

The riffs on this >>> the riffs on SL & BWP

The majority will disagree with me though, but whatever.

theres definitely a wide range of opinions. the riffing style is definitely much different on some of the later albums compared to this, so its understandable. idk if i'd say you're in the minority though, a lot of folks on sput at least prefer mayh
