Yeah there are traces of the mystical wings of pretty much every major religion throughout their discog. That was the reason I got into them in the first place

that is kind of a cool thing, but man, I would not want to read through the whole Bible, the Q'ran, the Thora and what not. Props to the vocalist. Just wanted to make sure that this is not some cheap "my religion is better than yours" bullshit disguised in sophisticated lyrics

yeah in recent years he's tried to express that he really doesn't want people to look at him as some sort of guru or teacher or purveyor of truth or anything like that.

FTR I don't have them on CD, but I have lot of digital downloads I haven't gotten to yet. But eventually I do.
Seriously though, I definitely will. In fact I should probably be doing that instead of Manchester Orchestra's discog.

While I am certain that Manchester Orchestra's discog won't satisfy you if you want more like The Black Mile, I kinda see the appeal for these guys' discog. Even though I don't dig their records aside from this gem right here.

I struggled with the debut, 'Mean Everything' sounded promising though.
I should at least check a couple more mWY releases to see what they're about, I really do enjoy this. Surprised it never quite reached the threshold for a higher score, I ended up liking some tracks way more than others.

MO's debut is the worst, in my opinion.

I will tolerate no digs at MO’s Virgin, though digs at their actual debut are understandable.
EDIT: I thought, for some reason, You Brainstorm was an LP. I think I have it downloaded with extra tracks or something. That being said, I will tolerate no digs at MO's debut LP as it owns other than a couple mediocre songs and has an abundance of Chris Freeman, who is dearly missed.
