Not huge mastodon fan but the new album is great. Very big cracke the sky influenced but still it's own album. You guys that havent heard it yet are in for a treat.all the 9/10 10/10 reviews are well deserved.

Truthfully based on first listen I would give the new one a STRONG 4.5. Its that good. The forth track more than I could chew........... oh man.

Strong 4,5 from me guys. I don't know if I like it more the Skye or not, but it's Top 3 Mastodon for sure. I need to give it more spins because I feel I missed many things. It's not an easy album and it's pretty long so it requieres time.
