Eternal Rains is one of my Opeth faves ever. Apart from that, I don't really come back to much from this at all.

Eternal Rains still slaps, I think this is their best album of the prog worship era (2011-2019)

Enjoyed this quite a bit when listening to it at work today. First time in forever that I heard it in full.

Yup that increased enjoyment seems to be staying.

Actually quite an excellent album.

The 1 that follows it.

Fixed.

Yes I agree. But Cauda is better 🤓

Probably, but I like of both very much, I mean, "Pale Communion" and "In Cauda Venenum".

"Actually quite an excellent album." [2]

So happy this one finallllllyyyyyyyy clicked. It was super weird before, how much I loved Heritage and how little I cared for this one. Not on the same level yet, don't know if that will ever happen because Heritage is suuuuuper diverse and adventurous and jazzy while this one is a little more straightforward, but who knows!
