a great album should not require that, tbh. i disagree that you have to "be in the right mood" for this, i also disagree that you have to "let it grow." no need to force something on yourself just because it is acclaimed by others. people give so many chances to albums that others love, simply because they are loved, instead of giving chances to other music.
