Regarding this and other hydra records disappearing from spotify, apparently hydra is winding down for good. Not surprising since it hasn't really functioned as a proper label in years and was in loads of debt.

Were there any other notable albums from Hydra that got deleted from streaming services? It wasn't every album ever released on the label, was it?



Edit: Looking into it, it looks like the band Knut has suffered the same fate as Botch.

actually i think one or two cave in albums might have been taken off spotify uk. i could have sworn jupiter was on there a few weeks ago but it isnt anymore. Thin Black Duke by Oxbow also got taken off (which was Hydra Heads last release i think)

yeah it sucks. sort of expected tho seeming as it really died years ago and has just been functioning as a merch store to sell the back catalogue in an effort to pay off debts.



I mean havent they only released one album since like 2012?
