Indeed, if one cannot even notice the facets that the ingenuities around him are comprised of, how can he be expected to fashion a beast of his own?

This inveterate sense of constraint is a great blow to the veracity of mankind’s abilities. It restrains us and holds our minds to the ground below, averting any possibility of rising above ourselves to something greater; something not fathomed by the conventional mind.

For many, this quest to transcend and form creations that were once considered unthinkable and overwhelming consumes life. Certainly it is rare to find such people, but when they are found, creative barriers are destroyed.

At its core is indeed brutal black death metal

This guy... He really needs some musical assistance. He needs to hit up Fleshgod as hijack their drummer and keyboardist. Francesco could probably play alot of his crazy inhuman drum parts, ad add some equally mind binding parts where it really is humanly impossible. That and they have real piano parts, and as added bonus the keyboard symphonics sound miles better than all the midi everything here.
Better yet, since Fleshgod and Septicflesh are buddies they could pitch in to get their orchestra to record for his next outing. Dreams man

They are though. Septicflesh isn't really any good either, haven't jammed their early stuff, but yeah.
Jam some real dm bro.

early Fleshgod was good, like their first album, but after that they just started hyper blasting and palm-muting to the tune of orchestral arrangements and threw songwriting out the window.

Idk bro I thought their first album was pretty terrible.

OK. figures you just say the name and the Continental FG Hate club rears their ugly head...
Regardless of what you think of that band, my point which should have been blatantly obvious is that Cochet seriously needs to dis the MIDI 'everything but guitars' since it sounds so bad, and considering Fleshgod and Septicflesh make music under the same general sub-genre they could share the talents where needed.
Anywho, what on earth constitutes as "real DM" to you exactly. Just because you aren't into/get what These guys are trying to make doesn't make them any less DM. It's all subjective anway.

Oh Fleshgod are definitely death metal, they're just recently way too reliant on their orchestral arrangements to carry the weight of their sound, rather than writing riffs and songs that could stand on their own. They're basically the Dimmu Borgir of dm.
