most notably blue lips is my 2nd most listened album period behind brat and i gotta say i do really think schoolboy outdid kendrick. that album has flown way under the radar considering how good it is.

Not feeling this at all so far. Beats are pretty cool but these days that means absolutely nothing in hip-hop, tight trap beats are a dime a dozen

Luther is good but that’s because it’s basically a SZA track

Man in the garden is fantastic. Kenny needs to stop making party tracks and lean into his introspective/conscious stuff it’s just better

alex, to reply to your reply on the last page, I haven't really given the BP ost more than 1 listen, and am definitely not a DAMN fan. that being said, it was definitely a stretch to sa MM works as a pop album, I guess what I should've said is that the pop stuff on there really works for me.



botb, agreed. i can't say i ever felt kendrick being insincere no matter what he sings about, it's why I'll stand by the dude and his output, he feels real
