It's probably their only "just another DT album" album but it still has some nice songs. It doesn't really have its own identity the way past albums did (I think maybe WatV was guilty of this, too).

Nice, I was at the Gothenburg show 2 years ago and it was great too. Wanted to go to this one as well but stuff got in the way. Did they play any deep cuts?

Looking at the setlist https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/dark-tranquillity/2024/filmstudion-gothenburg-sweden-3b54f850.html and omitting the heavily present last album, the only "rare" one looks to be Cathode Ray Sunshine, yet it's still more on A-side imo =)

Saw them live too the other day. The new songs off this fit right into the setlist without issue. Show was first class, Stanne was great, as were the new musicians.

I was at the Gothenburg show, too. Definitely a great time, very glad I made the trip. They put on a great performance and the new songs fit seamlessly with the rest of the set, as Lelle said.

Yeah, first half is dodgy for me. Neuronal Fire is a bit of a slog and I'm not huge on Unforgivable or Not Nothing. After that the album is great for me.
