liked this more than their last album. spin it a couple more times, but think it'll be a regular rotation for a bit.

I adore the latest State Faults record, but this is on a whole different level tbh, it remains the best heavy album of the decade.

only a couple songs in and it just keeps hitting hard, this has some emotional punch to it
*EDIT* I thought this was a new album! Never have jammed these guys but god damn count me in from now on this is great

Due to their size they cant really tour the USA, I was talking to the guys in LLNN and they said they cant afford to do it either. Its like 1200 per person for the visa or something absurd

I know it’s not profitable for them at all, but I did see them 2 or 3 times after their last record. I was sad, they needed a place to crash at but I lived with my mom at the time and I doubt she would’ve appreciated me bringing home 5 French dudes with a ton of gear lol

The second time I saw them, I was in a crowd of maybe 10 other people. A couple cities like that and I'm sure it'll sink a tour. Sad cause these guys are the best and I love supporting them

Yeah first time I saw them it was 20 people max, Portrayal of Guilt opened and now they’re drawing big crowds. Probably a few hundred last time they came thru. Wish the same could’ve happened for these guys

It made me sad reading those comments. these guys deserve more.

Quentin (bass & back up vocals) said they wrote this album about being depressed and unable to see Colour. Quentins solo stuff is quite delightful as well
