Erroneous Manipulation is amazing!

the argument about this album having a shitty snare and jens sounding like james hetfield is absolute bullshit.

Very dumb and shitty yes. Love both of these aspects. And you hear so many ideas that are going to feature on DEI more strongly later! A lot of it is already here!

People just do not want to accept that, don't they? Maybe it's the horrible cover art or something. Which the band had to use because the label wanted them to I heard.

cover art is not even that bad if you look at most thrash bands around the same time (sacred reich, nuclear assault, evildead and many lesser known ones)

That's true, but I think it does really stand out in their discog, further cementing the idea that this is very un-Meshuggah Meshuggah, a prototype in a style that they'd abandon immediately on DEI. Yet that of course isn't true at all.

prolly cus the drums and guitars don't follow each other note for note every second of the album so people are quick to judge that there's no dei/chaosphere/nothing on here. dumb fucks lol
