De las cuevas de Sado, al fondo del todo, ahí donde las paredes sudan, cadenas invisibles rugen al caer del techo, los tobillos no pueden despegarse del muro, las muñecas sufren de gravedad. Nuestros ojos no ven lo que tienen delante. Nos guiamos por el tacto, lo que deba ser, será, sin mayores problemas. No existen los milagros, todos lo sabemos eso, desde pequeños. Si acaso las sorpresas desagradables, con un poco de margen. Alguien te soltará un zarpazo, notarás la hinchazón, la sangre, las rodillas doblándose. El aliento enemigo recorriendo tu espinazo. Gracias a Dios (o al demonio) que el sonido estará tan alto... que ni notarás el siguiente movimiento. La próxima herida. Gracias DJ por darnos cariño a palos, por cerrar nuestros sentidos, taponarlos a base de bombo-caja de manera impenitente. Claro. Te has dado cuento. Has venido a esta cueva a por tu castigo. Que esa bestia que controla los sensores te de tu merecido hasta perder la camisa y los cordones. Te jugarás los dedos y las caderas en la mesa de juego. Perderás por querer otro baile. Porque nada suena así desde el 97. Porque lo habrás jurado frente a tus contrincantes y ahora ellos, muy cabreados, quieren su parte. Bajarte los pantalones y dejar que procedan con sierra mecánica. Sin cadera tratarás de mantener la clase y el equilibrio imposible. Volverás a casa en carretilla. Más triste que quedarte si caderas, haberte perdido el último baile de la noche.

Yeah saw them on tour for popestar. Was pretty fucking stellar. It was at a dual tiered bowling ally and papa was ranting about trump and then got distracted by the "handsome man on the screen", which was him. Then was hugging a dude I never met while singing "Ghoulie". I miss you ya curly headed fuck. Sorry for the rant lmao.

Yeah I’ll never pass up a chance to see them. Consistently one of the best live bands, even if I don’t love all of their albums.
But Impera is awesome so I’m totally fine with a little bit of a drive to see them play some tracks off this. Already saw them play Kaisarion and Hunters Moon a few months ago, hopefully they’ll play more off this record now that it’s out.
