This album is magnificently unique and probs the best thing in the scene in years. Might be a little late to the party but songs like Underwater Boi, Alien Love Child and the lead guitar REALLY evoke Bad Brains' Dr. Know, and specifically I Against I. That's a very good thing. Best band in hardcore right now.

"the lead guitar REALLY evoke Bad Brains' Dr. Know"

One of the many pastiches on this album that they somehow nail.

It s kinda more punk than hardcore tho. This and last year Jeff's made me feel like a kid again but feels kinda fresh to me on either projects.

The earlier stuff is pretty clearly hardcore influenced although they've always been moving in this more unique direction... For the better in my opinion

agreed on this being more punk than straight-up hxc, yet the hxc roots and influences are too important to ignore

it's just very good guitar music

Mike Elizondo not only co-wrote "In Da Club" and "The Real Slim Shady", but also produced the latest Jonas Brothers album as well as Fiona Apple's Extraordinary Machine - lit combo ngl.

I would say that it has a fair fight with GAMI GANG for the funniest disc

Gami Gang is arguably the most purposefully cringe album released by anyone this year, and it still manages to be less cringe than this
