not to brag, but Aaron played a Dzö-nga (my band) song at their radio release party on Gimme Metal yesterday and I can't remember the last time I felt so cool. WITTR was my introduction to black metal and my biggest influence so I'm still on a high from it.

This is so rich sounding. I don't really know how to convey it, but the heavy moments just seem so powerful and authoritative without being suffocating, and the spacious cuts add beauty without watering the experience down.

This is pretty good. I think they had some higher peaks on their older material but this is consistently really solid and pretty different from the rest of their discography too

This is the real key to this album. For example look at the first few minutes of "Through Eternal Fields", it's so open and bright which is a huge boon to the overall atmosphere.
