I think all ratings from 2.5 to 4 are kinda reasonable in my eyes.

And tbh we could go further back to From Mars to Sirius and use World to Come as an example.
They're great at toning down the intensity and being melodic.

I don't like Shooting Star tbh, but Gojira are good with melodic tapping. That's something that works well for them

Magma feels a bit by the numbers although it has some great tracks. I would love a softer and more melodic Gojira album that doesnât also simplify the song structure and progression. Lowlands is amazing though.
