This album is already going to have more votes than Neon soon.

Neon and Drift both grew on me, but after one listen of this I say it's better already

Jesus I totally forgot this released just a few weeks after loving my first few listens. That's how busy and stressed I've been at work. I see the album art online and rush over to Sputnik for a review and remember posting in this thread LOL. It's starting to come back to me fast. Shadow Autonomous is near-perfect. Fuck I wish we had an album of songs just like that one. Scorpion Hymn and Eidolon still sound tight. Wish there wasn't as much "filler" (for my ears) as there is though. It's soooo close to being truly great. I do love this a lot more than Drift and Neon though.

this was immediately better than Neon and Drift for me, those are still good but this was far above them

Wow Remnant is fun too. When these guys embrace passionate melodies they really excel.

This has fallen off for me way too quickly. There's not much staying power.

Good shit Nomos. Glad you dig it.

Eh, most albums get burnt out after a few weeks. This is definitely something I'll come back to in the foreseeable future though.

Watching this makes me realize what problem I have with the new ERRA stuff–at least on Drift and Neon, and it's that you can't distinguish any of the instruments individually:

Jesse has some great riffs that just get drowned out.

I really appreciate that this album has more post hardcore tendencies than metalcore

Agree with you Jay, most albums get burnt out in a few weeks for me too. But yeah I still love this and will definitely return to it ASAP. Just been in the mood for more pop-punk/post-hardcore/pop shit now that the sun is finally out lol.

Liked this for a while but ultimately think Cannibal Corpse is better. Butchered, Tomb, and Bloodthirst are just too good to me
