Well it is, but which part of this isn't?

another thing that clicked with me here are the weird vocals, like at some point, you don't know anymore if its a scream, a growl, or that low esoteric oooooommmmm (is the best way I can explain it, sorry) and its awesome

I like the rhythmic/percussive aspect of their debut more. This is starting to wear off a bit, apart from the exquisite sound quality. I'm kinda wondering what these elite musicians/composers could do more with harmony and melody next to their pervasive focus on dissonance / disharmony (and outstanding skills as to structure and arrangements btw). Being the pretentious boundary breakers they are etc.

Well...you just described the debut.

I dig this experiment for what it is as they explained, they'll have plenty of time on further ones.

Yeah, checking again now and to be fair there's plenty of melody on the debut (if you listen past those typical continuous dissonant juxtapositions of semitones).

Now let's see what they come up with in 5 years lol.

The writing is a bit more dynamic on the debut, giving it more mounts and hills to explore, but they also resemble like other known outputs (spectacularly nonetheless, and what outputs they are!). In here they try to aim for one full sound/ construction...which is this thing...

"Now let's see what they come up with in 5 years lol." oh yeah I was going to mention that, they have plenty of time if not only in every 6 years :

^^agreed on all points.

Just checked the lyrics on this one. Kinda wish I hadn't, haha. *cringe*

Coincidentia Oppositorum is my favorite track if I had to pick one here.
