This album is waaaaaay better than I remember it. TT sucks and only overstays it's welcome, but the rest is solid as hell.

Shit I love the t/t. As underrated as this album is, it can’t touch TDS, Broken and The fragile.
The last three songs are the best here, especially Line Begins to Blur and the closer.

This has a load of classic jams but there’s something about the shift to a more singer-centric NIN on this and Year Zero that hasn’t aged well for me. Missing a lot of the grit and abstraction that gives the music its bite, no pun intended. Downward Spiral and Fragile by contrast just nail that balance. And that pun was intended
