This actually flows better than that album, and is more cohesive. But whereas these songs strike me as really well executed, badass doom metal tracks, every single song on Antithesis crushes my soul.
That and stuff like Mirror Reaper and Closure (Darkflight) have an emotional impact on me that this just doesn't.
I actually prefer Paragon to this, even more badass.
