I mean, it might be a tad overrated overall, but it’s still their best album imo. Most people seem to choose their debut or Vol. 3 as their fave, so in the scheme of their discog, I think it’s more underrated.

I haven't heard s/t. Only Iowa, Vol.3 and AHIG. I'd say AHIG and Iowa were equally bad, and Vol.3 was much better.

Iowa does have "I Am Hated" and that song is pretty damn cringe, but as a whole I think it's lightyears ahead of AHIG. AHIG has good parts, but nothing flows and the song placements are so fucking jarring.

Their self titled album is fuckin fire. If you want heavy slipknot, that's the one to go to. It opens up with an insanely good 3 song run from Sic to Wait & Bleed.
