Midian has some really cool moments, Damnation and a Day is okay but this and cruelty are the only ones ive heard that ive thoroughly enjoyed straight through

You need to hear Vempire and The Principle of Evil Made Flesh immediately.

Just a fair warning, The Principle of Evil Made Flesh sounds completely different than all of their other stuff. A lot more lo-fi and Dani's vocals don't sound anywhere near how they are now or even how they were back in these days. Still high-pitched, but a lot more guttural and raspy.

Dusk and Her Embrace

Vempire

The Principle of Evil Made Flesh

Cruelty and the Beast

Midian

Thornography

Nymphetamine

Godspeed on the Devil's Thunder

Darkly, Darkly Venus Aversa

Damnation and a Day

That's how I'd rank their discography. Guessing the new album will pass up the past two albums as well as Damnation and a Day and possibly even Nymphetamine. That's just based on the one song I've heard though so of course you never know.

listening to the new single now. it's kinda promising. i like how it's not as guitar oriented and concentrates more on their orchestral elements. still i hate how clean the production is, i wish it was a bit more muddy

The new song has me really excited for the album. Definitely think it could be their best in years. Dani sounds pretty good too, which is something I was scared about.

Man, I really want to hear this now. If I wasn't sitting next to two of my friends who are girls and don't listen to metal at all I'd totally youtube it right now lol

I don't want to lose my laptop privileges- using her laptop for homework (aka sputnik) at her house, so I can't fuck with this lol - my laptop is broken and the closest apple store is 55 miles from here

guys guys

The band has also been stressing the fact over the past few weeks, that "The album itself possesses an altogether new atmosphere for the band, incorporating a heavier, faster NWOBBM (New Wave of British Black Metal) punk vibe that is both current and cruel, blended with ornate orchestration and the quirky immediateness of 2000’s Midian opus."

black punk metal!
