Pretty Brutal Review but a fair one, although there’s a huge amount of similarities with the album Relapse, the production and mixing on the album is completely off and makes the album sound actually badly put together, unlike Relapse, Revivals most evident downfall is production and direction by Rick Rubin, he did more damage to the way the end product sounds that most people realise, if it was simplified like Relapse and had overall production by the likes of Dr Dre I think the album would sound so much better
