Just saw these guys live tonight on a whim and I can say I am a big fan now. They were great and had great stage presence.

I feel that it's their worst by a large margin.
Won't knock anyone for liking it though.

It's great but it's not really a typical "Enter Shikari" album this sort of split from their core sound and that's why avid fans like myself still rank it fairly low amongst their discog

Some of their post-TTTS stuff has grown a tiny bit on me over time, but I don't even want to revisit this one.

I've got the "uncommon" opinion that common dreads is their best
|

I agree with Common Dreads being their best. There's just something about it... But I wish they would do a full Rat Race style album, though. That would be really awesome, and most probably my favourite from them. It's ridiculous that I think their later EPs (Tribalism, Quelle Surprise, Rat Race) - not counting the remixes on them - are better than their LPs.

Yeah that would be stellar for sure, loved Rat Race.

I kind of outgrew their angsty sound from previous albums so this was a great welcome to see them tackle more personal issues with greater maturity.
But Revolt of the Atoms sucks

This is their best album ez the rest is just way too "high school"

"high school"? I don't equate fun and energetic to being solely a "high school" thing and also lyrically majority of their work is beyond that of high school level. Considering they tackle political, economic and social issues, a lot of their lyrics go beyond being basic or simplistic. Even the fun tracks usually have a message hidden in the cracks.

^This. The massages are very bluntly presented, but the lyrics themselves aren't really bland either imo. Absolutely love this band tbh
