This hit harder for me than Wrongdoers, and I found it instantly more enjoyable. So much to listen to and return to, and the album's consistency is incredible.

The catchy parts are catchier and the heaviness and aggression is done extremely better than their previous efforts. I'm even warming up to that boring ass 10000000 Watts song.

Watts rules, far from boring

Nah mang it sounds so boring to me. I dig the riffs but the chorus is so meh. It pales in comparison to the rest of the album IMO.

I can see where you're coming from on that one, as it's a little slower paced than the rest of the album, but I love the part of the chorus when he sings "...you're probably going to die." and then the atmosphere gets haunting like you're falling into a bad trip.
Also, the beginning and ending of it hit HARD.

Everyone Talking is seriously underrated. The little vocal melodies that Cory adds are stellar.

remember when this band was compared to botch
|
| |
Album Rating: 4.5
they were compared to botch because they played poorly disguised botch songs
amazingly, now that they have an entirely different lineup, they are an entirely different band

those "poorly disguised botch songs" still rule. who cares.

^this, though the Botch comparisons never really made sense to me because the only album that can really be compared to Botch is O'God, other than that, no so much imo
this still rips and I love the direction the band has taken their sound in that started with Meridional and has been just about perfected on this and Wrongdoers
