MJ has always been the musical equivalent of Disney. No depth, all wonderment and razz matazz but they are the masters at what they do.
I like like Adele, she's established herself in the mainstream by being a proper bird and not some artsy fartsy tosser who warbles a few notes and plinks her way through a few tunes thinking she's the shit.
