For some reason this reminds me of Minus the Bear, I'm going to go listen to Highly Refined Pirates now..... Also, Mental Health sounds like it could be an R.E.M. song, great stuff.

I keep finding myself going back to Whenever, If Ever after listening to this. Maybe there's some nostalgia behind that album due to mid-winter-late-night-security-shift-listening. But really, I think Whenever has a more cohesive vibe and better build-ups.

I'm sort of surprised people are liking Whenever, If Ever more than this. But in truth I never got deeply into that album for more than a few days so it might be a stylistic thing. I'm loving this, though.

This is so much better than I expected. I liked Whenever, If Ever but I don't listen to it much and I really only come back to Getting Sodas since that's one hell of a track. On first listen, this was pretty amazing throughout and I can honestly see constant listens greatly enhancing an already wonderful experience. Definitely a pleasant surprise.

I keep coming back to the first song, I Can Be Afraid of Anything, and Mount Hum but that's about it.
