For sure, I'm quite the black metal noob in general and am constantly trying to get into the genre more.

Just know that Principle is different from the rest. Still symphonic and gothic, but the production is a little more raw and Dani's vox are more raspy and shit.

Pleb, grab a time machine and go back to when Principle was released and CoF toured with Opeth. It was all downhill from there.

I have a feeling this is going to be a go to album this autumn for me. Just gonna rake leaves in my front yard in a vampire cape with this playing.

Yeah I can agree hard with that too. I remember getting that album when it first came out and jamming it on Halloween when I was 14. Fuck that was forever ago lol.

Yeah, man, 2006. Everyone shit on that album when it came out and I thought it was way better than Nymphetamine. I was like 17 when it came out. Good memories, I feel old.

I like what they did with Thornography. The thrash influences were pretty nifty and the changeup in their general production/mixing sound worked really well to make the whole thing have a different feel than their other stuff. It wasn't as dramatic and theatrical as Nympthetamine, so that change in production helped really set it apart.
