actually dude noctus i think it's been a running joke here on sput not that you rate everything ridiculously low but rather that you don't seem to like anything that is popular / that other users enjoy. i mean nobody gives a shit coz lol opinions but it's more about that imo

hey dude, what's your other older project named? the one with the rose-colored covers? i always write it down somewhere to check them and forget where i put the file lmao, i dunno what's wrong with me but lol

of solitude and solemn, got a new ep coming out very soon for it [:

as i said asdfp277, all of my 5/5's have a high average rating. i'm willing to bet that most of my 4.5's and 4's do as well. it's selective bias - an album's popularity has absolutely nothing to do with my opinion of it. i'd hate agalloch if that were the case and one of the biggest running gags on this website about me is how much i love them. not to mention summoning, godspeed, jakob... you know, my favourite bands.

They aren't black metal. They are a heavy metal band that uses black metal techniques. Listen to the last 4 minutes of Cut Their Grain and Place Fire Therein and tell me that sounds like any black metal you've heard.
