I was never a big fan of either, but I definitely prefer the digital version. The new one looks a little too over the top and kind of incomplete.

I like the idea but 3d images like that are a huge turn off for me. Hoping they will added more textures or something so it doesn't look so unfinished.
Also I liked the original digital cover, felt it perfectly fit the character of album.

Retuning to discussing the music.
While there are a couple of tracks that didn't stick with me (two listens so far), Black Lake, Family and NotGet along with Quicksand are definitely stand outs.
The string drop offs in Black Lake are heartbreaking and one of the biggest highlights of the album. Out of all the tracks Black Lake will definitely be a sort of benchmark in her career.

My biggest gripe is that some of the tracks do meander a bit and could use some more memorable/catchy melodies. Still good.
Love the rumbling bass whenever she says "death" in NotGet
