imo it's "funny" in that the sremmdudes go in so hard and have such rare flashes of brilliance (or flashes of something slightly less than brilliance) in their lyrics that it catches you off guard and you kinda have to laugh bc of how unexpectedly great it is
as opposed to the "DAE BLACK PEOPLE ARE STUPID LOL" kind of funny which is fucking stupid and unsubtly racist as hell (obv) but still has a stunningly strong grip on some people who listen to this (cue reference to my av)

If you call objectifying women as things you can buy (Throw Sum Mo), hypocrisy (No Flex Zone), and everything you've ever heard in shitty luxury rap where rappers brag about how great they are for being rich and famous (the whole damn album), then yes, I guess it's "almost" brilliance. Seriously, I don't get how or why anyone can find this enjoyable. It's just too shallow, obnoxious, and just plain sleazy in its awfulness. If you find something to enjoy in this, perhaps there's something I'm missing. However, I don't feel like I'm missing out by never listening to this piece of crap again.

you're being a bit uptight dude. well not a bit, but REALLY uptight. if you don't take this too seriously, I'm sure it's enjoyable (haven't heard it yet mind you). you need to understand the culture these dudes grew up in. they probably heard PUSSY MONEY WEED 24/7.

re: JonEthan's comment - that's one way to take it, I guess, except you also have to realize that this is an album made by young rappers who are still very new to the limelight and this new land of excess, and they're rapping about this partially because of how strange and amazing it is. someone from Grantland wrote about this when they said that we hear these rappers totally caught up in the flow of their now-ridiculous sums of money and we expect them to mature as they move on, but for now both Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi are in their early 20s and have this new life which is so so different from their old life in Mississippi (and the brief homelessness they experienced) that this is the only way they can really make sense of the whole thing arguably.
read this interview with Jay Z if you want further info on this idea: http://www.npr.org/templates/transcript/transcript.php?storyId=131334322

plus given how forward-thinking Minaj is there's no way she'd guest on a track as seemingly misogynist as Throw Sum Mo except if a. there's a glimmer of self-awareness there (which there may well be) or b. she's trying to swing the pendulum the other way. I mean there are a lot of really strong feminist voices in hip-hop (though most are unfortunately not very well recognized by many listeners) and Nicki is one of the most dominant ones
