I got the download code for the album when I bought the vinyl, and the digital copy came with a seventh song. It's really good, actually. Not sure why they didn't include it in the original pressing of the album.

That song's incredible, why in the world wouldn't they include it on the album? It's barely 40 minutes long anyway.

Melting Sun VII is available on iTunes for anyone who wants the song I'll probably buy it.

It starts a little abruptly after being almost lulled to sleep by Melting Sun VI, but aside from that it's arguably one of the best on the album.

No idea why they didn't include it. Wish it was on my record.

I rarely post, but I agree with the others that the bonus track should've been included on the full album. I'm still going back to listen to just this track. It's got an amazing "nostalgic" atmosphere that you never really hear in this kind of music - which really makes it a strong album closer.

And despite that abrupt beginning, it fits in perfectly with the other tracks.

It'd be interesting to hear what they do after this, hope it's in a similar style

Hopefully they do some black metal. Herbst has shown that he can do the harsh vocals live, so I'd like to actually hear him do them on tape.

It did grow a little off me unfortunately, but I think that's because of the sheer volume of listening time I gave it within a short span.

Ha! Just happened to be jamming this when it popped up in the comment feed. Excellent album. Agreed on VII. Rounds out the album beautifully.
