I feel like Vince Staples did more than YG last year just with his 7 track EP, in terms of putting out a solid and enjoyable project about his life with similar themes

yeah hell can wait is great too, they're different though. vince's is much more about lyrics and yg's is more about creating a cohesive syrupy chunk of g funk. i don't really listen to this for the stories of yg's life i listen to this because it bangs and swaggers and i like yg's flow and voice. in terms of pure rap skill, vince is clearly better yeah.
