This album is weird. Even the tracks that I don't like quite as much (Bleed It Dry, for example) have this insane tendency to get stuck in my head.

That pretty much how most terrible songs are, they just get stuck in your head for weeks on end and it just won't stop.

Definitely one of the best songs on the album, if not one of the best the band as ever done.

Just can't get behind the main riff of the song - it's so hideously atonal, at least to my ears. And not that every chorus has to have a hook but this one has like, anti-hooks. I dig the verses and the bridge, though.

Obviously the bridge is what raises it to being an AB classic, but I really dig the chorus of Bleed it Dry too. The choruses here are just awesome in general and more differentiated than they've ever done.

Yeah, that's true, they're just drawing from a style that I guess I don't appreciate as much. Which isn't to say it's bad, I always like to hear a band experiment a bit. But it doesn't punch me in the teeth and make me glad about it like, say, Ties That Bind.

eh tbh I think "All Ends Well" is easily the worst. I used to think "Addicted To Pain" was amazing but then I heard the full album. Wouldn't say its the worst but definitely not the best.

The top 6 are all so good that I'm still not satisfied ordering them. The bottom half I'm a little more sure of. This album is just so consistent that it's hard for me to rank it even after listening to it as many times as I have.

I'd have Addicted and Lover up there instead of Peace and Water, but otherwise yeah
