This is super good and I have incredible taste in music and I kinda didn't want to like this cause now my year end list is gonna be half pop and half metal/post-punk and I dunno what that means

I'm really listening to this HARD right now cause I'm gonna review it, and like, really getting into it. Seriously losing my mind over this, the lyrics are so so good and so quaotable.
Choice lyric from Glory and Gore (amazing song):
There’s a humming in the restless summer air, and we’re slipping off the course that we prepared. But in all chaos there is calculation, dropping glasses just to hear them break.

Still Sane is awesome.
"Only bad people live to see their likeness set in stone."
I really hope she's writing these cause damn girl you're 16, check that sass.

I mean it's no smith street band
Let's keep are pants on in here
|

But yeah lyrically she's super crazy talented

I've been more going "ahhhhhhhhh" over how good my choice singles from this album are (Ribs, Team, Glory & Gore, Tennis Courts) but this is such a solid album as a whole, as well
not sure how this isn't being treated like The Next Big Thing right now like it so obviously is
|

this is so much more 'relevant' to other people and pop culture and stuff though which makes it fun to talk about, where SSB just jams and jams and jams and trueness etc. (DFWOD and this make up ~80% of my listening right now, the rest is like... Tim Hecker or some shit)
