What do you mean by lowest 4? As in verging on 3.5? As this is almost perfection for me, best day of my life so far was seeing them at the Etihad (for a variety of reasons, though)

I really liked "Beautiful Thing" so I'm disappointed they haven't delivered on that new album promise yet.
I love this record, but it was clearly just the beginning for them. If they hadn't been fucked over or whatever and been able to make a second album more naturally following this one (in the vein of the "madchester" stuff that wasn't actually on this album - Fool's Gold, WTWIWF, Elephant Stone) it would have surely been one of the best things ever.
In any case, what we did get at least is still fantastic but also a rare case of the American release being the superior one. I guess we had the benefit of hindsight there but even so, I can't listen to this without Elephant following She Bangs & Fool's Gold ending the record.

I'm glad elephant stone isn't on here, Fools Gold is one of their best but I think it works well as a stand-alone
