The breakdown in the middle Luminary is a good representation of how breakdowns in general have
changed for Misery Signals in this album. They no longer hit quite as hard but sound more
transcendent.
The more I listen to this the happier I become for how Misery Signals decided not to do Controller
part 2. It sounds so fresh for the metalcore genre. It isn't better than Controller, but it is what
the genre needs.
I'm not going to act like I'm an expert here, but after listening to this a few times it actually
sounds like a cross between classic Misery Signals, Between the Buried and Me, and Bring me the
Horizon's new style.

This grew on me then it grew off me, haven't really listened to it at all this week. I enjoy MS while I enjoy MS, damn talented band, but for whatever reason they have very little lasting appeal to me. I blame Karl.
