His vocals are magical, and he has some great vocal lines on this record (well he's never had any bad ones

really). There's a lot more 8 string guitar used here, especially on the heavier tracks, and there are some

great groove metal elements like on Chronic ad Coal.

Agreed. The Valley is especially magical. The riffs and vocals are godly. This will need time to sink in, but my first impression is that I might be digging this more than Bilateral and TPS, and I have the former 4.5'd.
