This is backwards, Swans were doing shit like this wayyyyyyy before Godspeed even existed (except less drawn out).

this site is a complete joke when it comes to overhyping new albums so i wouldn't take them too seriously. already 66 classic votes out of 149, and more in total than all the early swans albums
the parts of this i've heard were pretty corny but i'm not really in the mood for it so i'll let it sit for a while before listening fully
