I know that wasn't at me, but I couldn't get into the windfaerer album from this year, felt really flat to me

ah i didn't necessarily mean the production, just their sound collectively fell short for me, felt dull

I know, I just noticed I found the production a bit "harsh".

I did like the album, though. Reminded me a bit of Gris except with a bit more of a folky touch.

It's not like fast food isn't generally widespread in any advanced civilization. Hell, the stuff existed in Rome before the words "fast food" were even used to describe that type of stuff.
