ahh...another classic album in the history of rock!! i was into zeppelin years ago and still do listen to them now, even though i'm more of a metalhead. john bonham is still my favorite drummer and any time i pick up my sticks and start beating the s*** out of my drums, i always think of him as my biggest influence!

This is a great album. It really is. Though Stairway is overrated, but still an awesome song. I really like Four Sticks, Going To California, and Misty Mountain Hop.

this album got me into rock in the 1st place, and to this day i still listen to battle of evermore, stairway to heaven (this one never gets old) and IMO the backward stuff sounds like russian to me,
and this song is still usd as an example by our churches to the "evils of rock music", which has been discontinued thankfully,

I think I like this album the least out of the numbered Led Zeppelin only because it is just too mainstreamed. Many think Stairway is their best song ever, but trust me there are better. There is whole catalog of great songs out there don't just go with what is popular.
My personal favorite song in this album is Going to California.

A fantastic album. Four Sticks doesnt seem to do much for me. After reading alot of opinions and stuff off of the internet it seems like im the only person who really enjoys Battle of Evermore...
Probably because i a big Tolkien fan :P
