Honestly the only tracks I don't really love on this are Tragic Magic, Good Girls Bad Guys (very bad track), and Pick Up the Phone. Sink or Swim and Goodbye Graceful are so good

Those 3 are TRUE clunkers. I think Tragic Magic might actually take he cake for absolute worst. EDIT: Ohhh... forgot to mention Caught Like a Fly blows.
Some fun history ... while Ronnie was still in jail Falling in Reverse had already formed ready for him to get out. They did a live stream session (before that was really a thing) to show some of the music hey had been working on. Ronnie was writing lyrics, but their bass player at the time took singing duties. The premiered song was called Red Alert and was actually pretty catchy (with some cringe lyrics) ... ultimately that song became Good Girls Bad Guys and basically scrapped everything but the cringey verse lyrics:

Ronnie released 2 additional songs recorded for this album that didn't make the cut on the 10 year anniversary edition this year. They definitely should have made the album over all the clunkers named above:

@Steak I was obsessed with ronnie in middle school and into early high school so I followed the whole saga live during that time. The band was originally set to be called From Behind These Walls:
The Departure, recorded just before Ronnie went to jail (he was allegedly sick during the recording)

@uncle Shipwrecked is the same backing track as The Departure! The departure was recorded from prison, while the first verse and chorus of shipwrecked was recorded prior to incarceration (with Get Scared I think?)

Waiting for Ronnie to get out of jail and release an album matching the quality of DIYLF was possibly the most obsessive I have been over anything ever.

I remember being so disappointed when I heard the Drug in Me is You. I hated (still do) whatever the hell Ronnie was doing with the inflection in his voice and overall just thought the song was trash. Haven't liked a single thing he's made since, which is easier for me now given who he is.

I standby this opinion, but yeah lightandglass, got easier over time accepting there would never be a diylf part 2.
