hmmm. way too homogenous. may as well just listen to spirit horse and you've pretty much experienced the whole album in a tenth of the time. *sigh* i loved this at first.

Yeah, it gets tiresome. This thing has constantly fluctuated for me. It started with a 4.5, went to a 3.5 briefly, back to a 4, and I don't even know what I'm at now. It's a great album, but also somewhat overbearing now and again.

Well the whole album is played closely in the same key, so I guess I can understand how you feel. I think it's great how they pulled it off.

I still love this album. It has its moments for me. Sometimes it's phenomenal, other times it's just great. It depends on my mood, I think.

^^^ Yeah, I agree. This is still great. But Dhow has more direction. This is just kind of a bit too monogamous for my tastes. It'd be nice to throw in some different instrumentation and sounds now and again.
