All For Me, Dead Ships, New Dawn, and Liberation rule. Been skipping all the songs between Dead Ships and New Dawn lately though, might drop the rating.

I also like A Sense Of Purpose more than this.

Better than Come Clarity and A Sense of Purpose, but not by much.

Haven't heard this yet.

Heard a few tracks from this, don't know if want.

Fear Is the Weakness is probably the best song they've done since Only for the Weak.
But Liberation might be the worst song they've ever done.

A New Dawn is their best song since Only for the Weak. Fear is decent.
And Liberation rules guys.

I honestly don't know what people are seeing New Dawn. Boring.
The middle of the album seems to be the best. Puzzle, Fear, Ships, and Attic are all pretty damn good. Ropes would be right there if the whiny lumberjack didn't sabotage it.
But holy hell Liberation stinks. So does the title track. And Jester's Door.

First of all, I love all of In Flames music, all of the way from Lunar Strain to SOAPF. If you don't like Anders vocals, sorry it doesn't sound like every other metal vocalist out there. Second of all, for all of you who say there are no original members left need to get the facts straight. The two vocalist on Lunar Strain and Subterranian were just session vocalist. Anders is the first permanent vocalist. Jesper played drums, guitar, and keyboards on LS and Sub, but Bjorn became the drummer on JR and moved to guitar permanently while on tour in support of Whoracle. Therefore, Anders and Bjorn are the two remaining original NON-SESSION lineup. Get your facts straight people before you sound like fucking idiots!

I commend you for admitting your stupidity in public.... most wouldn't.

@metalislife: Maybe you should focus less on the metal and more on a decent education. Those band members that you're focusing on were not founding members and weren't even on the first two albums. They are not original members no matter how much you try to twist it (for whatever warped reason).
@Durrzo: Ha ha. Well you did admit to giving this one half-assed listen and then dismissing it. If the album is by a band I like (or used to like... Queensryche for example) I'll at least give it three or four listens just so that I know I tried and didn't just disregard it because it doesn't match previous releases.

There are no original members anymore in the band.

I never listen to this anymore. So many other albums have came out this year that overshadows this. (ASP, Blindside, Unearth, Incubus, etc.) And I also just got letlive's "Fake History" and that is getting most of my time.

He just needs to go back to his old style.

Is "The Puzzle" the best song here? I heard it on the radio and thought it was decent.

It's not the best but it ain't the worst either; a middle-of-the-pack song. It's one of, if not the heaviest, though.
