To be overly analytical: the lyrics are a reflection of a man who his addicted to killing to satisfy his primal urges. The beat should be grimy, jarring, and ugly to match the character on the mic. I think this track is pure genius and will certainly be on my top 100 list at the end of the year. You may not enjoy this but for fucks sake respect it - or else your head will be spinning like exorcist planets out of orbit off the edge.
