They are, but I havent listened to them for years. Thrash in general I find to be one of the most limited metal genres, it gets repetitive after a while.

that's what a lot of people say. I agree to some degree but idk I love thrash, I think there are a good amount of groups who are able to embrace their own style and be pretty original even within the genre, i.e. toxik, anacrusis, voivod, sepultura, coroner, aspid, sabbat, exhorder, mekong delta, onslaught, morbid saint etc on top of the more archetypical groups
