Such a horrible album lol. I tried...I really tried to listen to this shit with an open mind, but it's just such a shitty album. It Never Ends is the only good song in this clusterfuck of a CD. Everything else is just terrible.

Pretty good for BMTH. It Never Ends, Fuck, and Don't Go are my favorites so far.

They have some good parts musically, but I hate that douchebag's voice. He's goddamn annoying sounding. He's like a tween at the mall yelling at his parents because they won't buy him bright purple Osiris shoes. ALL THE TIME.

It's a relatively new genre, so I don't blame 'em

In terms of the metal/post-hardcore, this is the same sound that has been popular since at least 2004. I'm really only rating it this high because they recorded with Fredrik again and the production is solid. I agree with the reviewer, I'm only 22 (perhaps that is old...), but the repetitive nature of metalcore is a reason I stay away from bands like these now.

As for the electronics, I enjoy the influence, but I feel they could have gone further on this album, to really make it something different. One thing I really don't understand is why they didn't put more proper lead lines/solos into the songs, Blessed With a Curse is actually interesting! It has a pretty good arrangement and actually makes for a relatively good (3.5/5) song.

I'm sure anyone who actually listens to deathcore has noticed the mass exodus of bands. BMTH has moved in a different direction from some of the others. I think it's better this way.

No doubt this will be the sound of the UK scene for 2011. Can't rate it any higher because I don't see myself listening to this album any more than I did the first two, mainly because just as before, there are bands that already 'do' this genre better. Not a terrible album, but nothing that makes me feel the need to put it on my iPod.
