Off Minor? They're a hardcore/emo band. They aren't very similar to My Bloody Valentine though. I think they're fantastic but judging from the albums you've rated, I don't think that you would like them very much.

ya dude, the album is pretty immense. Loomer is so nice sounding, and the verse of When You Sleep is beautiful, the entire thing is consistent and worthy of a 5.
