By contrast, rapper Mike Shinoda shows his best side early on too, rapping on ‘When They Come For Me’ that: “I’m not a robot / I’m not a monkey / I will not dance even if the beat is funky.”

if thats the best he's got we're all going to die

Wretches and Kings is like the only track that stands out the most it seems.

Listening to it right now...I'm actually very happy with the final product. It's too dang short, though.

I'd award these guys points for experimenting, but they did that last time round and it didn't work. This just seems like a desperate attempt at recognition

Last time was not experimenting, they just sounded like some radio friendly shit on Minutes.

They changed their formula, that's experimenting

True, I suppose I was getting "experimenting" confused with "thinking outside the box", which is what I think they did on Suns.

Its also probably worth noting that i've hated everything these guys have ever done to date. This is easily their best album so far, way better than that generic emo nu-metal shit.

All I can see looking at that album cover is Mr. Game and Watch.

Also wasn't Sugar Ray more just pop? When were they a rap group?

Well, I'm blown away.

I bet half of the people on these comments didnt even listen to it.

Its true, this is REALLY DIFFERENT.

But its the only thing that Linkin Park has ever in my opinion done to stick out.

A Thousand Suns is a different LP, dont turn it down without giving it a listen.

And it very well could be this decade's Kid A.

Damn well could.

But oh well, haters gonna hate.

If they took out all the useless filler tracks and put in some actual music (Which is the reason people buy records) then this would be better.

Surprised they didnt put a interlude with an Obama speech as a track.
